Use of the platform

SMARTMED Q is a study and exam-preparation tool, not a substitute for official university guidance or medical advice.

Student access

Access may depend on active packages, approved payment requests, free access, or trial availability. Access can expire or be revoked according to the package settings and admin review.

Question content

Question explanations and review material are provided for study support. Students should verify critical academic or clinical decisions against official course material and instructors.

Payments

Manual CliQ payment requests are reviewed by the SMARTMED Q admin team. A submitted proof or reference does not guarantee approval until the request status is approved in the student workspace. SMARTMED Q does not automatically charge payment cards.

Fair use

Accounts are personal. Sharing access, attempting to bypass package controls, or interfering with the service can lead to revoked access.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product, pricing, support process, or launch policy changes.
