Data handled by SMARTMED Q
Student learning data is protected by authenticated access controls and row-level security.
Account data
We store profile details such as email, role, active status, and account timestamps to provide protected admin and student workspaces.
Learning data
Practice sessions, exam sessions, answers, confidence marks, bookmarks, needs-review marks, reports, and progress data are stored so students can continue and review their work.
Payment request data
Manual access requests may store package, amount, reference, student note, admin review state, and private payment proof file paths.
Access controls
Students should only see their own sessions, attempts, requests, grants, and payment proofs. Admin users can review content and access operations required to run the platform.
Retention
Practice data can be reset by the student without deleting question content. Payment and audit records may be retained for operational review.
